GermanChinese conference to the enterprise follow-up in Xi' on

German and Chinese experts discussed the follow-up problem in China: Christoph Zabe Brechtel (4.v.l.), leader D. DCMI in Suzhou, Professor Dr. Wolfgang Krger (5.v.r.), Dekan D. FB economics to the FHM, and Karsten member (4.v.r.), FHM Bielefeld - Xi' on/Bielefeld, 18 December 2006. The topic enterprise follow-up in China level in the center of a conference of the GermanChinese institute for middle class (DCMI) in the Chinese city Xi' of at the beginning of of Decembers. Over 300 interested guests to the meeting had come, which was promoted by the Konrad Adenauer donation Shanghai. Beside considerable Chinese scientists such as Professor Chang and Dr. Gu of the northwest university Xi' at Professor Dr. Wolfgang Krger and Dipl. belonged - operation manager (FH) Karsten member of the professional school of the middle class (FHM) in Bielefeld to the main advisers of the conference.

Experts assume the follow-up problem in China will accept substantial dimensions in the coming years. Before this background the GermanChinese institute for middle class (DCMI) had invited German and Chinese scientists and practical men Xi on in December to a country-wide conference into the Chinese'. In particular due to the earlier in child politics bottlenecks are in the change of generations today already foreseeable , like that Professor Dr. Wolfgang Krger, Dekan of the specialist area economics to the FHM Bielefeld and professor for enterprise follow-up. The professional school of the middle class (FHM) places itself since its establishment actively and under the direction of Professor Krger on this area by research and consultation in the last years a high measure of authority to the question of the enterprise follow-up in the middle class won.

During the discussion rounds it became clear that the topic of the family enterprise follow-up in China became already acute particularly in the developed south, where during the 80's the wave of the privatisations had begun in many exempt private companies. In the northwest however the follow-up problem is rather still underestimated. The interest in new management solutions was therefore large on sides of the Chinese participants very. The Konrad Adenauer donation Shanghai assured to the meeting already regarding success to support in the next year a continuation.

The GermanChinese institute for middle class (DCMI), Suzhou, was created in the year 2005 in a co-operation between the University of Suzhou and the professional school of the middle class (FHM). The project is promoted by the Federal Ministry for education and research (BMBF) and by the German academic exchange service (DAAD) within the framework of the program of study offers of German universities abroad. A goal is the out and further training of international technical and high-level personnel in the economic context as well as the active promotion of business startups and successful enterprise following.

The nationally recognized, private professional school of the middle class (FHM) Bielefeld qualifies aimed technical and high-level personnel for the medium-size economy. The study concept contains a short study duration, a high practice orientation, small study groups and an individual support. The current study offer covers the Bachelor and diploma courses of studies marketing and management, health economy, handicraft management, computer science management, medium economy and medium communication & journalism as well as numerous master courses of studies.
