To ask it is whether actually the current occupation politics of the care federations cover themselves with the attitude for that in practice transacting. More authority and the complaint of tasks of reservation for the care mean certainly for practice more responsibility and present themselves in the consequence than a considerable liability risk. Here it does not concern to strengthen existing fears of the maintaining (we stand anyway with a leg in the prison ) but around the simple question whether it is compellingly necessary for the further Professionalisierung of the care to extract itself in parts from the medical therapeutic monopoly. I mean no, because with the demand of the professional associations the maintaining more stones instead of bread one gives, since at present rather an holistic attendance of patients is demanded by the physician, who e.g. notices then also the tutoring with view of the therapeutic total plan the age patient. The appreciation of the gesundheitspflegerischen specialized occupations does not result from the fact that these may issue and sign in the future a prescription, but primarily from a technically qualified care, which can succeed m.E after only in close co-operation with the physicians. From the perspective for instance the age patient the question about tasks of reservation for the care does not arise, but rather the desire and the entitled expectation attitude, put to be treated artis. Whether this (always) is the case, can be doubted in view of various expert's assessments. The discussion over the deficits in the care has its causes and permits at least in parts the conclusion the fact that first quality deficits must be regenerated before about an exclusive range at tasks of reservation is thought.
